8月1日英国食品标准局发布了召回通告，经Yeo Valley证实，检测人员是在用来制作酸奶的水果蜜饯中发现了橡胶成分。此外，食品标准局还建议，如果消费者买到了被召回的酸奶，请不要食用，并遵循零售点召回通告上的建议处理酸奶。
Yeo Valley发言人表示，Yeo Valley 向所有的消费者表示毫无保留地道歉，并表示对于目前没有受到波及的酸奶品牌，只要有可能受到影响，Yeo Valley也会立即处理。
