"Let's play cards," said Chip.
Wilf wanted to show his friends a new magic trick instead.
He took a pack of cards from his pocket.
"Pick a card," he said to Biff.
Chip 说：让我们来玩牌吧。
Wilf 想要向他的朋友们展示他的新魔法。
他从口袋里拿出一叠卡片。
他对 Biff 说：挑一张牌。
"Don't show me your card," said Wilf.
He closed his eyes and put his fingers on his forehead.
"Is your card the eight of clubs?" he asked.
Wilf 说：不要给我看你的卡。
他闭上眼睛，把他的手指放在额头上。
他问：你的卡是不是草花8?
"It is!" said Biff. "Wow!"
Wilf showed them the other cards.
"It's a special pack from my new magic set," he said.
"All of the cards are the same!"
Biff 说：就是它!哇哦!
Wilf 向他们展示了其他的卡。
他说：这是我的新魔法套装里的特别的牌。
所有的卡片，都是一样的。
"That's a great trick, Wilf." said Chip.
At that moment the magic key began to glow.
Chip 说：Wilf，那是很棒的魔术。
就在那时，魔法钥匙开始发光了。
"I wonder where the magic is going to take us now." said Biff.
"I don't know," said Wilf. "But I'm going to take my trick cards!"
Biff 说：我在想，魔法要把我们带到哪里去呢?
Wilf 说：我不知道，但是我要去拿我的魔术牌。
The magic took them to the entrance of a fancy old theatre.
"Why has the magic key brought us here?" asked Chip.
Biff pointed to a poster on the wall.
魔法把他们带到了一个漂亮的老剧院的入口。
Chip 问：为什么魔法钥匙把我们带到这里?
Biff 指着墙上的海报。
The poster was for 'Marvo the Magnificent'.
"It says that he is the greatest magician in the whole wide world!" said Wilf.
"I wish we could see him!"
海报上的是魔法师 Marvo。
Wilf 说：上面说，他是世界上最伟大的魔术师。
我希望他能见我们。
"You can see him." said a tall man behind the children.
"Marvo the Magnificent's show is starting in a few moments."
He pointed towards a door into the theatre.
孩子后面出现了一个高大的男人，他说：你们可以见到他。
魔术师 Marvo 的表演一会儿就要开始了。
他指着剧院的那扇门。
"We haven't got tickets." said Biff.
The tall man smiled and clicked his fingers.
Suddenly there were three tickets in his hands. "For you." he said.
"Wow!" said Wilf. "Thanks!"
Biff 说：我们没有买票。
那个高个子男人笑了笑，打了个响指。
突然，他的手上出现了3张票，他说：给你们。
Wilf 说：哇哦!谢谢!
There were lots of people in the theatre,
but the children found three empty seats near the stage.
As soon as they sat down, the lights went dim.
剧院里有很多的人。
但是孩子们看到舞台的附近有3个空座位。
他们一坐下来，灯光暗了下来。
"Ladies and gentlemen," said a voice in the dark.
"Put your hands together for the incredible ... the amazing ... Marvo the Magnificent!"
The audience all began to clap.
黑暗中传来了声音：女士们，先生们。
把你们的掌声给不可思议的，神奇的魔术师 Marvo!
观众们开始鼓掌了。
